Lindsay V. Wagoner

Ms. Wagoner received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and her J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney with the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic, worked as a legal writing teaching assistant and was a member of the Moot Court Board. While at Villanova, Ms. Wagoner won the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition and was awarded “Best Brief” in both the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition and the Tulane Mardi Gras Sports Law Competition.

Ms. Wagoner is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to joining Gibson & Associates, LTD, Ms. Wagoner worked for an insurance defense firm handling primarily construction, transportation and medical malpractice cases. While in law school, Ms. Wagoner was an extern for the Honorable Judge Thomas Bower, Iowa District Court. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Chicago Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association and Association of Women Attorneys of Lake County.
